Product: SiteRevenue (siterevenue.ai)
Operator: GigaSolo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses SiteRevenue, including free mini audits, paid full reports, share links, account features, and the Agent API/CLI. It supplements the Terms of Service.
Violations may result in rate limiting, suspension, termination, report takedown, API key revocation, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
1. Public pages only
SiteRevenue is designed to analyze publicly reachable web pages.
You must only submit URLs you are authorized to analyze — including optional competitor URLs you ask us to fetch on a full report.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Access private authenticated areas, admin panels, or non-public APIs by supplying or soliciting credentials, session cookies, or tokens belonging to third parties
- Bypass authentication, paywalls, or robots.txt restrictions where doing so would violate applicable law, the target site’s terms that bind you, or our technical limits
- Scrape or probe internal/metadata hosts, cloud instance metadata, localhost, private IP ranges, or other non-public network targets (including via redirect tricks)
- Use the Service as a general-purpose scraping, DDoS, or vulnerability-exploitation platform
Our bot identifies as a SiteRevenue user-agent for public fetches. Respect applicable law (including computer fraud and unauthorized access statutes) in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited content and targets
Do not use SiteRevenue to analyze or distribute material where doing so is unlawful, or to facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors
- Malware distribution, phishing kit hosting promotion, or credential-stuffing infrastructure
- Content that incites violent crime or terrorism
- Unlawful surveillance or stalking
- Infringement of intellectual property rights in a manner that violates applicable law when processing content through the Service
We may refuse or remove jobs that appear to violate this section.
3. Accurate identity and payment
You agree not to:
- Provide false emails solely to abuse recovery, spam others, or evade bans
- Use stolen payment instruments
- Circumvent paywalls, credits, or entitlements (including replaying webhooks, forging sessions, or sharing secrets to steal paid deliverables)
- Resell free teaser capacity as a bulk anonymous scanning service in a way that degrades the platform
4. API and automation abuse
If you use the Agent API, CLI, or any automation against SiteRevenue:
Allowed (examples)
- Auditing sites you operate or are engaged to improve, within plan limits
- Polling job status and downloading your artifacts (MD/JSON/PDF) as documented
- Reasonable concurrency consistent with your plan and our rate limits
Prohibited (examples)
- Credential stuffing, brute forcing API keys, or sharing keys outside your organization contrary to plan terms
- Exceeding or systematically evading rate limits
- Load testing production without prior written approval
- Attempting to extract system prompts, secrets, other customers’ data, or internal infrastructure details
- Opening excessive share links or magic links to harass or probe accounts
- Using the Service to attack, scan ports, or map networks beyond public HTTP(S) page capture for authorized audits
We apply rate limits and may throttle or revoke access without notice when abuse is detected.
5. Share links and personal data
Share links grant read-only access to a full report to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for:
- Not sharing links that expose personal data you are not entitled to disclose
- Revoking links when access should end
- Understanding links expire (~14 days by default) but may be viewed many times before expiry unless revoked
Do not harvest emails or personal data of other users from the Service.
6. AI and output misuse
Audit outputs are analytical estimates for prioritization—not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice (see Terms).
You must not:
- Represent SiteRevenue grades or dollar ranges as certified guarantees or as the output of a human professional without disclosure
- Use outputs to defame, blackmail, or unlawfully harm third parties
- Submit third-party personal data in free-text fields without a lawful basis
7. Security research
Good-faith security research against your own properties is welcome. Testing SiteRevenue itself:
- Report issues to hello@siterevenue.ai
- Do not exfiltrate other users’ data, disrupt production, or spam staff
- Do not publicly disclose zero-days before we have a reasonable chance to remediate unless required by law
We do not authorize testing that violates this AUP merely because it is labeled “research.”
8. Enforcement
We may investigate violations using logs, rate-limit data, and payment records. Remedies include warnings, job cancellation, credit forfeiture where abuse is clear, suspension, termination, and civil or criminal referral.
To appeal an enforcement action, contact hello@siterevenue.ai with relevant job ids and explanation.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP; the Last updated date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
