Terms of Service
Terms of use for SiteRevenue website revenue audits: estimates not advice, payments, refunds, liability.
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Product: SiteRevenue (siterevenue.ai)
Operator: GigaSolo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“GigaSolo”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Contact: hello@siterevenue.ai
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SiteRevenue, including the website, free mini audits, paid page and funnel reports, subscriptions where offered, share links, account features, and the Agent API/CLI (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
SiteRevenue provides automated, structured website revenue audits based on public page capture and model-assisted analysis. Typical deliverables include a grade/summary (teaser) and, after payment or entitlement, a full report with findings and exportable artifacts (for example Markdown, JSON, and PDF where enabled).
We may modify features, models, limits, and UI as we improve the product. Material changes to paid plan economics will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.
2. Estimates — not professional advice
All scores, grades, “leak” assessments, copy suggestions, and any dollar or revenue impact ranges are analytical estimates for prioritization only.
They are:
- Not financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional marketing advice
- Not guarantees of traffic, conversion, revenue, or ranking outcomes
- Not a substitute for your own judgment, testing, analytics, or licensed advisors
You remain solely responsible for changes you make to your site, ads, pricing, or business based on a report.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional website operators, not children (see Privacy Policy).
SiteRevenue uses browser workspace sessions (cookie sr_sid) and optional email binding (checkout / magic link). You are responsible for control of your email inbox and for not sharing live magic or share links broadly.
Agent plan users may create API keys. You are responsible for all use under your keys and for revoking compromised keys.
4. Acceptable use and public pages
You may only submit URLs and content you are authorized to analyze, including optional competitor URLs. Analysis is limited to public pages as described in the AUP. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, abuse of APIs, fraud, and unlawful content processing. Inferred page-job text is not a product-market-fit certification.
We may suspend or terminate access for AUP or Terms violations.
5. Free teaser audits
Free mini audits (“teasers”) are provided as available, may be rate-limited, and may use lighter analysis than paid full reports. We may change free tier limits without notice. Teasers may lock detailed findings behind payment.
6. Paid products, payments, and taxes
6.1 Page report ($19 one-time)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a successful payment for a page audit purchases a one-time digital deliverable: generation (or unlock) of a full report for the associated job/site context (one public URL), including available downloads when generation succeeds.
6.2 Funnel report ($49 one-time)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a successful payment for a funnel (conversion-path) audit purchases a one-time digital deliverable bound to that funnel job (the public landing page you submitted (and any extra public steps, at most 7)). It does not grant floating unused credits.
6.3 Subscriptions and Agent plan ($99/month)
When offered and configured, the Agent subscription grants entitlements described at purchase (for example monthly full-audit credits and API access). A funnel job consumes multiple credits as stated at purchase. Subscription renewals are handled by Stripe per the plan you select. You can manage billing via the Stripe Customer Portal when available from your Account page.
Legacy SKUs (including historical $49 page unlocks, packs, and Park plans) may still be fulfilled if an in-flight Stripe session arrives; they are not offered as live Checkout products.
6.4 Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes if calculated and presented.
6.5 Prices
Prices are shown in the UI/checkout and may change for future purchases. Currency and tax treatment depend on Stripe configuration and your location.
7. Refunds policy
Digital goods. Full reports, packs, and similar digital deliverables are generally non-refundable once generation has been initiated or the deliverable has been made available, except where required by law.
Broken deliverable. If a paid full report clearly fails to generate or is materially unusable due to a Service defect (not due to an unreachable URL, blocked fetch, invalid input, or AUP issue), contact hello@siterevenue.ai within a reasonable time (for example 14 days of purchase) with your email, approximate purchase time, and job id if known. We may, at our discretion: re-run generation, provide account credit, or refund.
Subscriptions. Unless required by law, fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable; you may cancel renewal for subsequent periods via the billing portal or by contacting support.
Chargebacks. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension. Contact support first so we can fix genuine issues.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our IP
The Service, branding, UI, prompts, software, and documentation are owned by GigaSolo LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited rights below, no license is granted.
8.2 Your inputs
You retain rights in URLs and text you submit. You grant GigaSolo LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use those inputs and public page captures to provide and secure the Service (including sending public page text to model providers as described in the Privacy Policy).
8.3 Reports
Subject to full payment where required and these Terms, we grant you a license to use audit reports and exports for your internal business purposes, including implementing fixes on sites you control. You may not resell raw Service access or misrepresent reports as certified audits by a regulated professional firm.
8.4 Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (including Cloudflare — Workers, D1, R2, and Email Sending when configured — Stripe, and xAI). Their outages or changes may affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party sites you ask us to fetch.
10. Availability and disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUDITS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULT.
Public page fetch, screenshots, and model outputs may be incomplete when sites block bots, time out, or change.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $49.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GigaSolo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) URLs or content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law; or (d) disputes with third parties regarding sites you analyze. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, risk to the platform, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where non-waivable consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting hello@siterevenue.ai. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may bring a formal proceeding.
Venue. Subject to the small-claims carve-out below, the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Small claims. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If a court determines this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) must be severed and may proceed in court; the remainder of this section continues in effect. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The Last updated date will change. For material adverse changes to paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the AUP, and policies linked herein are the entire agreement for the Service.
- Severability. Invalid provisions are modified to the minimum extent necessary for enforceability.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
- Notices. We may notify via site posting or email on file; you may notify us at hello@siterevenue.ai.
