When to re-audit your site
Last updated:
Re-audit after you ship the action box, not after every comma. SiteRevenue stores version history on the same site so letter grades stay comparable. A second full run is a new immutable snapshot — a new capture of the live public page, not an edit of the last job. When it works, the report shows a strip like v1 Grade D → v2 Grade B.
v1 letter → v2 letter
| You see | What it means |
|---|---|
| v1 Grade D → v2 Grade B | Same site, two succeeded full jobs; letter improved (B is healthier than D) |
Longer chain (v1 → v2 → v3) | Site history through this version (not future runs) |
| Leak score next to the grade | Separate number: on a live report, higher leak score = more leaks — not “healthier” |
| No strip | First full version, or the previous job has no letter yet |
The strip is letter grades, not a promise of revenue lift. Dollar bands in findings stay estimates.
When to re-run vs not
| Situation | Re-audit? |
|---|---|
| Shipped the “Fix these 3 this week” items (hero, CTA, form, proof) | Yes — new version |
| Shipped pricing, offer, or primary landing-URL changes | Yes |
| New landing URL for a campaign | Yes — new site (or new URL job), not a footnote on the homepage |
| Unsure if last fixes worked | Yes — compare letter grade + whether old titles dropped |
| Only blog SEO tweaks, no conversion path change | Usually no |
| Ads creative changed but landing identical | Optional — check Match first; re-audit if the page copy should have moved with the ad |
| Park Solo, Park Agency, or Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits) watch emailed a mini grade | Optional — that teaser is a signal, not a v2 letter. Full re-audit if you need history |
| Re-running the same live HTML to “see if the model changed its mind” | No — burns a credit; empty re-runs waste money |
Default: ship, wait until the public page is live (CDN/cache cleared), then re-run.
After you unlock a full report
- Ship the action box first (see How to read a revenue audit).
- Confirm the live public URL reflects the change.
- Re-run from the full report (
/audits/:id) so a new version is stored on that site. My Audits is the list of sites — it does not run the re-audit. - Read Improved / Dropped / Holding (full-to-full letters), then the new findings.
Do not expect the old job HTML to update in place — history is the point. Versions, graph, and re-audit live on the report.
Cadence that stays honest
- Launch / relaunch — audit before spend ramps; re-audit after the first conversion pass.
- Monthly for high spend — only if you shipped changes or performance shifted.
- After pricing or packaging changes — offer clarity is a common leak class.
- New paid campaign URL — treat as its own page.
Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits) is for teams who re-run often — Pricing. One-off buyers pay $19 per page file (up to 10 full re-audits on that url_key).
Free teaser vs full re-run vs watch
- Free mini audit — cheap signal on a new URL or a gut-check after small edits (titles only; no dimension strip). The teaser job wizard attaches context without burning another mini run.
- Full re-audit — when you need ranked findings, captures, action box, and a letter-grade version in history.
- Watch (Park Solo, Park Agency, or Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits)) — hashes the public page and may enqueue a teaser when it changes, one notify per site per day. Watch is opt-in and off by default. It never spends a page credit. Watch does not write Improved / Dropped / Holding. Re-audit from
/audits/:idwhen you want v2.
The free teaser does not replace a full version when a client or exec needs evidence-level diffs.
Multi-site workspaces
If you operate several brands or landing templates:
- Keep one site identity per meaningful URL you care about over time.
- Use the site dropdown on the report to switch context.
- Re-audit the URL that actually receives traffic — not only the corporate homepage.
Credits, email, and recovery
- Checkout email binds paid work — use Open with email if the cookie is gone, then open My Audits.
- Subscription monthly allowances reset; pack credits do not expire (product FAQ on pricing).
- Share a read-only
/s/:tokenfrom a full report when a teammate should not need your session — share links are not permanent public marketing pages.
Agent / API re-runs
Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits) workspaces submit audits via the Agent API or CLI and poll until complete (webhooks later). Same rule: new job = new version. See Agents API.
