How to read a SiteRevenue audit

Last updated:

A SiteRevenue report is a prioritized file of record, not a roast or a chat transcript. Walk the page in the order it actually renders: letter grade + leak score → page job (and the teaser job wizard) → “Fix these 3 this week” → history (when you have more than one full) → findings → page captures → dimensions → rewrites → competitor compare (when we fetched rivals) → exports. Then share a link or open My Audits. Free mini audits stop at titles plus the job wizard; the $19 page file adds the modules so you can ship this week. The cash path is the $19 page file.

Report stages you will see

Session report URLs live under /audits/:id and are not meant for public SEO. From a full report, create a read-only share link (/s/:token) for a colleague. My Audits is your private library — not a public catalog.

Empty modules are omitted. The UI never invents a section.

Score & summary

Two numbers, two polarities — do not merge them:

  • Letter grade (A–F) — overall conversion health. A is healthier than F. Same model on every run so re-audits stay comparable.
  • Leak score (0–100) — on a live report the ring is labeled Revenue Leak Score: higher = more leaks found. It is not a “health” score.
  • The sample uses the same leak-score polarity (higher = more leaks), labeled illustrative. It is not a live audit of that host.

Treat both as prioritization, not a compliance score or a revenue guarantee. The executive summary is the board-ready paragraph — not legal, financial, or investment advice.

If you have already run more than one full report on the same site, history on /audits/:id shows Improved / Dropped / Holding (full-to-full letters) plus the chain (v1 Grade D → v2 Grade B). Mini audits are not mixed into that grade line. Letters are the comparable signal.

Teaser: if the grade is strong and titles are minor, you may not need the $19 page unlock today. If titles hit the primary CTA, unlock. If the leak is the next URL, paste that public page on the home form for its own grade.

Fix these 3 this week

The action box leads the full-report stack so “this week” is hard to miss: the top three high-leverage wins with effort S / M / L and a rough time. Ship these before the long findings list. After they are live, re-audit to see whether the letter grade moved.

Page job

This page is asking for is the job the live HTML is selling (quoted from the page). It is not a product-market-fit score. If that is not the business, say so in the teaser job wizard — do not keep buying ads into the wrong click.

On a free mini audit, What is this page for? (who / what they get / money click) attaches those answers to the site. We do not re-run the mini audit. Unlock uses them.

Competitors

When you type competitor URLs, a full report fetches those public pages (fail-open, max three) and scores where they do better on the same eight modules. Names without a fetchable URL are hints only. We do not invent a rival page.

Watch

Park Solo, Park Agency, and Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits) can watch this URL. Watch emails you when the public page changes, one notify per site per day. Watch is opt-in and off by default. It never spends a page credit. Re-audit from the report when you want a new file of record.

Page captures

Full jobs attach page captures when screenshot capture succeeds — a caption plus an image of the public URL. On the sample these are honest wireframe mocks, labeled as such. Live reports capture your page.

Screenshot failure is fail-open: the rest of the report still delivers. Do not treat a missing shot as a failed audit.

Dimension scorecard

Modules scored 0–10 with a one-line diagnosis. Higher module score = healthier on that slice. New full jobs emit the eight checklist labels: Hero, CTA, Message match, Offer, Proof, Form, Trust, Mobile (Message match omitted only when there is no ad copy). Letter grade still comes from the six engine keys — the scorecard is the public map, not a ninth grade formula. Older jobs stay omit-safe and may still say Offer Clarity or CTA Friction. See the module guides.

Older jobs without structured dimensions may show scores only — the UI will not invent a diagnosis.

Use the lowest module scores to decide which findings to open first.

Before → After rewrites

Copy-paste hero / CTA / form variants with a one-line “why.” These come from structured rewrites or from finding suggested copy. They are drafts, not brand-approved finals — see Copy rewrites that ship.

Quick wins

A longer Quick Wins list (when present) is the same idea as the action box without the “this week” cap — effort S/M/L plus a rough time. Work the action box first.

Ranked findings

Full findings are ordered so #1 is usually the first fix to ship. Product target is 5–8 ranked findings with evidence and fixes — a quality floor, not a refund SLA.

For each finding, expect:

  1. Title — short name of the leak
  2. Priority / rank — work top-down unless a dependency forces otherwise
  3. Evidence — what on the public page supports the claim
  4. Fix — concrete change direction
  5. Optional rewrite — headline or CTA when relevant

Do not treat dollar impact bands as promises. They help order work; they are estimates only.

Locked titles on the free teaser: three leak titles, no evidence, no dimensions, no action box. Unlocking starts a new full job that captures the public page again — it does not reuse the teaser scrape.

Message match

When the job returns match data, a Message Match panel sits after findings. Use it with the checklist Match items. If the panel is missing, the job did not return that data — the UI will not invent an ad. Optional outcome and competitor fields are not an ads ingest — there is no Ads login. On a full report we fetch competitor URLs you typed (max three, fail-open) for the vs panel. Teaser keeps names as notes only. See Competitors.

Exports: Markdown, JSON, PDF

Downloads appear on a succeeded full report. Agency ($99/mo, 25 page credits) can also pull artifacts via the Agent API or CLI (Agents). Sample shows format only — export tabs there are not a fake checkout.

Share vs My Audits

Share when a teammate should see the file without your workspace. Use My Audits when you need history, credits, or a re-run. Never treat /audits/:id as a campaign landing page.

Multi-site and versions

  • Site — identity of a URL you audit (dropdown when you have more than one).
  • Version — each full (or re-run) job is an immutable snapshot on that site.

Compare letter grades after you ship; do not expect in-place edits to an old job.

Recovery if you lose the browser session

Use the same email as checkout. Request a magic link at Open with email, then open My Audits. Paid history is not tied only to a cookie.

What this report is not

  • Not a chatbot conversation or a roast thread
  • Not a private-area or authenticated crawl
  • Not Google Ads bid management
  • Not a substitute for legal, accessibility, or security audits
  • Not live job-completion webhooks (Agent API users poll; webhooks later)
